CFS is an Australian based public company focused upon creating carbon credits and distributing solar energy systems.

CFS is the holding company for a number of separate operating businesses. It has three divisions: Carbon Credits, Energy and Services.

CFS Carbon Credits 
CFS is currently undertaking a range of carbon abatement programs throughout the world. These programs will generate a large number of carbon credits. There are several different types of carbon credits, the most important being authorised and supervised by the United Nations which CFS will produce. CFS plans to participate in a range of World Bank projects specifically through the World Bank Carbon Finance Unit.

The global carbon credit market is valued at approximately AUD 70 Billion (USD 68 Billion) and is growing at 40% pa.

CFS Energy supplies solar energy systems and energy efficient products.
CFS has developed a unique wireless energy management system called
Solar Savers or Electricity Savers.
This allows CFS  to offer  solar energy and other energy saving devices without cost to clients.  For solar energy equipment all leases are based upon the amount of energy captured from the sun. In the case of energy efficiency equipment the lease is based upon the energy savings.   Organisations such as schools, hospitals, aged care facilities and other capital constrained groups can get  substantial new income streams without any costs through the installation of solar PV equipment on a revenue sharing basis.   

CFS Services  offer a range a consulting services including energy audits, measuring carbon emissions and the creation of carbon abatement methodologies. CFS consultants have decades of experience in energy management, finance and sophisticated modelling techniques.
