Energy Management 
Energy costs have risen dramatically and are likely to continue to rise.
All companies will need to examine energy use in light of mandatory  emission reductions. It doesn't have to cost you any, in fact energy efficiency is highly profitable.  Currently we are working with a number of large carpark operators to reduce their energy bill. Just by replacing existing T8 fluorescent tubes with modern fluorescent with light reflectors, the car parks save about AUD 30 per year per light fitting after all costs.  As each company  has over 100,000 light fittings, it is a good project. CFS and its partners arrange everything.  The clients will make an extra AUD 3,000,000 in profit easily.

The normal Return on Investment for energy efficiency is over 30% and rising.
